my long birthday weekend...

Like the title already says - I had a long weekend off from work.
My hostfamily went to the beach house from thursday afternoon till monday night.
So I used my free time to see my girls :)
Thursday evening we stayed at our hours and we played "just dance" on wii, moreover we made pizza... which was not the best idea!

Friday was my birthday and Lucia, Joana and me went to the mall in Danbury which is only 25minutes away from my home. So it was my birthday but I didn't buy anything!
Later we wanted to go to Joana's house but suddenly we got a call from Jasmin to pick her up.
She was not satisfied with her hostfamily and she had different expectations of the au pair job, so we stayed all together at Joana's house friday night.
And we had a lot of fun!!! :-)

saturday we went to White Plains which is also a bigger city next to NYC. After we went to the mall we brought Jasmin to the train station because she wanted to go back home to germany. It's sad because we were a nice little group, but she's happy now and so am I.
Saturday night we went to the movies and watched "the last exorcism" - don't watch it!!! it's not worth to see it.

My sunday and monday were not really special... I went to the gym and i was shopping and bought some lovely shoes :-)

Tonight my hostfamily will come back again, and I'm happy about that because it's too quiet in this huge house!
And of course I'm happy to see the kids.


Maybe I will have a lot to do next week, because this is the last week before school starts and probably the kids won't be in camp...



Tomorrow Nina will fly to NY but unfortunately we can't see each other because I have to work! but maybe around halloween for a long weekend... we will see!
